Exhibitors

Trade and investment exhibition organised alongside the Forum on 5-6 July offers international and local companies the opportunity to highlight their projects, products, and services to the Forum’s local and global audiences.

The exhibition offers a business environment in the format of a “universal cross-category marketplace” to facilitate interaction between suppliers of technologies & services with the representatives from companies operating mining projects in the Western Balkans region.  The exhibition is open to the Forum participants and visitors. Exhibiting companies can also reserve speaking slots in the technical program of the Forum and invite an unlimited number of guests to visit the exhibition. Exhibition visitors are required to pre-register to receive a guest pass.

What is included

Participation in the Forum

  • One (1) delegate pass for all forum sessions on 5 & 6 July. Coffee breaks and lunches

VIRTUAL 3D BOOTH

  • The price includes 12 months of web-hosting of a 3D virtual exhibition booth on the Forum website.

BANNER PLACEMENT

A space mobile banner in the exhibition area and opportunity for the distribution of promotional materials.

Note: The banner should not exceed 2 meters in height and 1.5 meters in width. The mobile banner is produced, delivered, and assembled by the exhibitor. The distribution of materials is organised by the exhibitor’s representative or promoter. Payment for the services of the promoter and participation in the forum and meals are not included in the price

Video advertising

Cost:

One day – 500 EUR

Two days – 750 EUR

What’s included

Demonstration of video clips on the screens of meeting rooms during session breaks. Videos are demonstrated in rotation and without sound.

Note. The price does not include video production. Videos should not exceed 30 seconds. Video clips are shown in rotation.

Participation terms

Confirmation of the booking and invoice will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form. Please check your spam inbox for an automatic reply. Please contact admin@minexforum.com if you have not received confirmation within the stated period.

The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum. Replacement or cancellation: Delegate substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 10 calendar days before the event will be subject to 15% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 10 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 10 calendar days before the event.
