PhD Ilir Bejtja Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, Albanian Government. Birthday on 17th January 1966, Elbasan, Albania Mr. Bejtja is an economist, graduated with the title Economist for Industry at the Tirana University, Economic Faculty, on 1988. He completed the master studies, grade Master of Arts, in “Co.De. Joint European Master on Comparative Local Developments” at the Economic Faculty, University of Trento, Italy. Mr. Bejtja completed PhD studies at the University “Aleksander Moisiu” of Durres, Albania, in Marketing Sciences, on 2013. He has been an Albanian Parliament Member during September 2009 - May 2013. Mr. Bejtja has been Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Energy and Industry during the period September 2013 to October 2017. He was the advisor of the Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Industry from October 2017 to January 2019, covering the sectors of energy and industry. By January 2019 to now going on he is the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, covering the energy and industry sectors always. He is also Head of the Supervisory Board of OSHEE and of AKBN. Mr Bejtja has been lecturing at the University of Elbasan “Aleksander Xhuvani” since 1998 to now in Marketing subjects and EU Economic Politics. He is also lecturing at the University “Aleksander Moisiu” of Durres since 2010 in Marketing Management and Events and Politics Marketing.
